Summer is here, and so are some great updates in QuickBooks Online. Check out what’s new this month:

𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬

𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥

You can now fix payroll errors even after processing. This means you can:

• Record payroll after employees are paid.
• Void and recreate checks with updates, even if taxes are past due.

Corrections are allowed if taxes for the period haven’t been filed. QuickBooks will remind you to check if your payroll taxes have changed after any corrections.

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐈-𝟗 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium and Elite users can now digitize the I-9 process:

1. New employees confirm their identity via QuickBooks Workforce during self-setup.
2. They bring ID-confirming documents on their start date.
3. Complete your part of the I-9 form within three days in QuickBooks.
4. The completed I-9 is stored in the Documents tab of their profile.

The new Home tab in Dashboards combines the previous Get Things Done and Business Overview tabs.

• Personalize the page by resizing, reordering, adding, and removing widgets.

Your client’s homepage now includes productivity and insights widgets, along with suggestions for a better experience.
